weekend!

so our weekend is starting off nice and mellow. josh and i were both home by 3:30 and snuggled on the couch for a couple of hours...ate popcorn and laughed at the cat as he watched us eat every piece. he sure loves food. can't wait to get him on his diet when we move - right now he is always stealing food from my in-laws cat and there is no way to restrict him.

speaking of restricting him, tomorrow is his bath day and that is a two-person job. once we get started it's not so bad, it's just finding the energy to wrestle him into the tub - but he smells ohsogood after his shampoo.

anybody else seen the commercials on tlc for the feature on sunday night? brace for impact - a story about the pilot and the plane that went down on the hudson river last year - i've teared up both times the commercial has been on! sometimes documentaries are so interesting. last night i wound down watching one about princess margaret - way fun.
