i spy flurries this morn. hmpf. spring, please come soon.
yesterday we were able to get out of the house for a bit in the afternoon and we went exploring the countryside. we meandered down to a local lake and were amazed at the whitecaps rolling into shore. it was a blustery day.

we eventually ended up at a regional park along the river (that included an historic farm from the late 1800's) and enjoyed gallivanting around and walking through yesteryear. no agenda and the weather was decent.
in other news my brother graduated with his bachelor's this weekend out in MT. :) he and his wife and baby emma will be packing up and moving to MN within the week. yay!

wow, what gorgeous pictures! i usually prefer color, but these are perfect in black and white. you can really notice the details, like the wood doors on the barn.
Brandon's coming home? How exciting! and sorry to hear about the flurries. i ditto the hmpf...
BEAUTIFUL pictures! There's just something about black and white images that is so wonderful.
It still looks so chilly! I don't think I'd do well in MN.
