one of our favorite camping accessories is our pie cooker. you can get a nice cast iron one online or if you are impatient like me you can run to walmart and get a cheap-o version for $9.99.
one of our favorite easy-peasy meals to concoct with this gadget is pizza. just grease the pan and away you go: tortilla shell, sauce, pepperoni, toppings, cheese. whatever you like.
but our favorite would have to be dessert. grease the plates, lay out your tortilla shell and fill it plumb full of marshmallows, chocolate and bananas then heat it up. it is to die for! tops a s'more in my book.
