'sappy'

when we were dating josh made me a cd of love songs that we call 'sappy'. when he gave it to me we took the time to listen through it together and he explained to me why he had chosen each song. *sigh. isn't that romantic?

ballads included those of copeland, the calling, train, michael w. smith, george strait, switchfoot, bon jovi and all weather human. i still cherish 'sappy' to this day and one of the songs was even a part of our wedding ceremony.

i am not a big prog fan but this song from 'sappy' is a fave.




for our third wedding anniversary another cd made its way to me. love songs include those of aerosmith, n'sync, bryan adams, eric clapton, elvis, sting, and bon jovi even made a second appearance. as the finishing touch josh included one of my favorite songs.




this cd is quickly becoming a fave and listening to it with hubby for the first time brought tears to my eyes.
