i remember piling in the car as a child, after we had our pj's on in the summer and going for country drives at sunset. sometimes, if we were lucky, we got to stop for an ice cream treat. this lovely post called that happy memory to mind along with a few others.
josh and i sometimes talk about the things we want to do with your children someday. no matter how tired we are after a work day, etc. we want to create little memories with our kids that they will look back on fondly. teaching them to ice skate at the townhall rink as they stumble around behind a little chair for balance. camping trips. homemade popcorn for supper on sunday nights (we may already partake in this one). and so many others...
any favorite memories come to mind?

Just stopped in from dear baby blog. I too am sitting here pondering what memories I want to turn into traditions for our children. What memories do I hope they conjure up to their husband and children some day. I think the milkshake is a great starting point!
