Don't ya just love 'em? Found these milk glass hobnail candleholders at Goodwill yesterday! Along with a Merle Haggard vinyl record, sadly I can not play it yet. I'm asking for a record player for mi cumpleanos in November. I have quite the vinyl collection already - rummage sale and goodwill acquired.

In other news, the offer we put on the split-level in town was not accepted. They wanted more than we were willing to pay. Oh well, it wasn't my favorite. We'll see if we get a house this fall, if we don't find something soon we'll just sit tight for awhile.

We were invited to a Halloween/Housewarming party in October. Josh and I want to go as Popeye and Olive Oyl - can't you just see it?! Trying to get a headstart on costumes with my trip to Goodwill yesterday. So far no luck. Olive Oyl will be easy, it's Popeye whom I'm having a harder time with. Anyone know where one can find a sailor hat?
