here's to moving in sub-zero temps!

You know you have found a house when your hubby is content to watch HGTV House Hunters with you all evening! :)

Due to negotiations and a few other things we are going to be pretty tight with payments for a bit. So here is to Ramen noodles and $1 movie rentals at Redbox. :)

We will probably paint in a few months - I'm thinking more light and airy. Cottage-style. But here is a preview of what the house looks like -

I love the vaulted ceilings, the wood laminate flooring, the dead-end street, no neighbors behind us and the grove of trees in the backyard. We close in January!
