a home!

We found a 107 year old house and will be closing on it next month! All i can say for now is - it's awesome! Totally remodeled with charming details, 1300 square feet and closer to both of our jobs! We do our walk-through on Monday and I'm so excited. The best part is that both Josh and I love this house - Josh never wanted an old house because of the maintenance but because it's remodeled we can cast most of those worries aside. The only thing is we have to build our own garage, the city has approved the lot for a garage but we are going to double-check that on Monday. Otherwise it should be smoothsailing!
